Storage & Review
We offer a service where we retain your correctly executed Will in our storage facility. This ensures that your Executors in the event of your death know exactly where your Will is. Frequently families are aware that their family member has made a Will, but they are unable to find it. A Will that cannot be found is presumed deliberately revoked and the deceased would be declared intestate. This would mean that the statutory provisions would apply, which might not be the same as the deceased persons wishes.
While a Will is stored with us, we also offer a review service. Any changes, however frequent, can be made to your Will, free of charge.
The fee is by standing order and a couple’s Wills are stored together, along with any other documents they wish i.e (deeds), for the single annual, fixed fee.
